BROWNIE BITES

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Coat mini-muffin pan with vegetable spray and drop by teaspoonfuls into the muffin pan. Bake 13-17 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Run a thin knife blade around the edge of muffin cups to release brownie bites.
